What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay in Australian dollar. For wholesale purchases we provide bank transfer option payable upon receiving your invoice. Please contact us for more information.
Credit card information

When you confirm an order, your credit card information goes through an encrypted channel to the payment processor that handles the transaction. Invoices and tax
When you place an order and your payment is complete, the system will email you the order details and we start processing your order. When your order is ready to ship, we mark it as complete and send you the invoice for your tax purposes. All prices are tax included.
Payment refunds
In case a refund is agreed between us, we only can refund to the same card or payment method you used when you place your order. The refund process could take 5-10 business they before the fund appears in your bank account. Please contact us for any concern that you may have in this regard.
