What returns policy do you have?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Yep, if you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. That’s why we’ll happily give you your money back on any of Saffron Market’s products. If you are not completely happy, simply return the original items within 30-days from the date of delivery and we’ll refund you.
How do you ship?
1. We use Australia Post’s Service to deliver your order to the delivery address specified in your order, provided that your entire order can be packaged within a Letter or 500g Parcel Satchel.
How long does shipping take?
Please check the below timetables for standard delivery:
VIC: 2-3 business days
NSW: 3-4 business days
SA: 4-5 business days
QLD: 4-5 business days
TAS: 4-5 business days
NT: 5-7 business days
WA: 5-7 business days
2. Where your order is too large to be packaged in one of the above Australia Post satchels, your order will be dispatched with Australia Post’s Standard Service and packaged in the most suitable Australia Post standard box.
3. If an item is lost or damaged in the course of its delivery to you, please contact us immediately by email to email@example.com.
4. We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order via our website. If we can’t post your order within this timeframe, we will contact you on the email address provided in your order. Please note that orders received after 2 pm on a Friday (or on a day prior to a public holiday), will be dispatched the following Monday or the next business day, as applicable.
5. You will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that your order is on its way.
6. For orders over $25, We will send you an Australia Post Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order on the Australia Post website (via “Track Your Item”). If you sign up to Australia Post’s MyPost free online service you can track your orders and adjust your delivery options.
7. While we aim to deliver product(s) quickly, we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. We will do our best to notify you if we become aware that a confirmed delivery date would not be met for any reason, but we cannot be responsible for any losses or costs arising out of late delivery.
International buyers: Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for any entry/import requirements!
1. We aim to provide our customers with premium quality products and ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase and our services. If your order seems incorrect or damaged when received, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion. So that we can process your request, please:
let us know that you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of the relevant order;
2. Any refunds we issue will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price paid. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
3. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order and within 12 hours by emailing: email@example.com.
