We use Australia Post services to deliver your order to the delivery address specified in your order, provided that your entire order can be packaged within a Letter or 500g Parcel Satchel. Where your order is too large to be packaged in one of the above Australia Post satchels, your order will be dispatched with Australia Post’s Standard Service and packaged in the most suitable Australia Post standard box.
We will ship your order as soon as humanly possible! If products you ordered are in stock, it will take us 1 to 2 business days to ship them. If your ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange for a refund or replacement.
After your order has been received, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product’s quality. Please note that different items are subject to different processing times. Generally, the average processing time is 1-2 business days (approximately); however, this depends on the stock availability.
TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = PROCESSING TIME + SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and delivered to post office, your parcel is in trusted hands of Australia Post but we have no control over it. Standard delivery time to each state varies based on Australia Post time table:
VIC: 2-5 business days
NSW: 3-6 business days
ACT: 3-6 business days
SA: 4-6 business days
QLD: 4-6 business days
TAS: 4-6 business days
NT: 5-7 business days
WA: 5-7 business days
If your addressed has been changed, please contact us immediately. Once the parcel is shipped, we are not able to assist in rerouting. You may try contacting your local post office and request your package to be rerouted.
If a parcel is returned to our office for a reason arising from a client (e.g. an incorrect address), we will resend the parcel to the correct address but the client needs to pay for a full shipping fee even if an order was eligible for free shipping. The client will be contacted as soon as the parcel is received.
RETURN & REFUND
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with our products, which we obviously regret, we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 30 days of receipt of your order in original and resalable condition.
- The refund will only be applicable for the returned or damaged items.
- All returned items must be in original, resalable condition.
- If you live in Australia you can send it back using your local postal service.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged in the return transit.
- Any refunds we issue will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds will be in the amount of the product price paid. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We would never send a damaged product to you. However, we understand sometimes items could get damaged during transportation. If your item is damaged at the time of receiving your parcel, please let us know asap and we will submit a damage report to Australia Post, who will launch an official investigation into why, how and by whom your item was damaged.
Refund due to prolonged shipment is not an option. All shipping estimates are provided in accordance with Australia Post and in most cases shipping is shorter than the estimates.
